Ayodeji has over 26 years experience in the Insurance Industry having worked in companies like Guinea Ins Plc, The Nigerian General Ins. Co. Ltd, Aiico Insurance Plc, Mutual benefits Ass. Plc, ARM Life Plc and he was until recently The Chief Operating Officer at J. Akin George & Co. Ltd. amongst other firms.
He is a highly motivated, business/sales Trainer and Manager with a solid track record of performance in Insurance Retail businesses.

He's an alumnus of Ecole Superieure Sainte Felicite with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics, Second Class Upper and a Master of Science Degree in Economics. He also holds a Master’s Degree {General Management} from The Ajayi Crowther University, Oyo, Oyo State Nigeria.
He is an alumnus of the prestigious Solent University, Southampton where he obtained another Master of Science Degree in Project Management.
He has a Diploma in Theology from the Redeemed Christian Bible College and has attended several leadership, mentoring and Ministry trainings at Daystar Leadership Academy and Daystar Christian Center.
He has also attended several courses relevant to his field and brings his experience to bear as the Chairman of Buffer Insurance Brokers Limited.
